Attention Parents of 6th Graders: The Baldwin County Health Department will be hosting special back-to-school immunization clinics at the Robertsdale Health Department Clinic during selected dates and times in July and August (see below) from 9:00-11:00 and 1:00-4:00. Appointments are available by calling the Robertsdale Clinic at 251-947-1910 or by calling your local physician's offices. Individuals coming to the clinic should bring previous immunization records or a copy of their blue card. Students with Medicaid coverage should bring proof of insurance. The maximum total charge for any child will be $15.00. As of the 2010-2011 school year Alabama students, who are 11 or 12 years of age and entering the sixth grade, will be required to receive an additional dose of Tdap.
