Foley Elementary will be having Kindergarten Registration Thursday, April 19, 2012 at 8:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. in the old gym. In order for a student to be eligible, he/she must be 5 years old on or before September 2. Documentation needed for registration include: a Certified Birth Certificate, a Social Security Card, 2 proofs of residency, and a State of Alabama Certificate of Immunization (IMM-50) or Certificate of Religious Exemption. The student being registered will need to attend the registration so that he/she can be given a “readiness survey”.
